Bring one repeatable task from your business. Build an AI workflow around it, test it with two different inputs, and save a version you or your team can use again. Most of this 90-minute workshop is hands-on building with Brady’s help.
Thursday, October 29, 2026 · 6:00–7:30 p.m. CDT. Registration link will be posted after final checks.
Choose a real task from your business. Build one repeatable, human-operated workflow, test it on two inputs, repair what fails, and save the instructions and quality check for next time.
Pick one repeatable task you or your team actually handle.
Name the source material, the changing details, and the output you need.
Give your AI assistant clear instructions and a human quality check.
Spend most of the session working while Brady circulates and helps.
Try a second input. Find what fails, revise, and test again.
Leave with stable instructions, variable inputs, and a check you can reuse.
Every attendee must bring their own functioning, charged laptop and charger. Phones and tablets will not work for this workshop. Bring one task and permitted, nonconfidential examples, or use ours. ChatGPT or Claude are recommended; Gemini may work depending on your account and settings.
Registration is not open yet. The confirmed venue and purchase link will be added after verification. This group workshop does not include a company audit or custom implementation.
One evening, reconstructed from the kind of night these systems handle. You were at dinner.
These illustrate Brady’s separate consulting work. The 90-minute workshop teaches you to build and test a reusable workflow; it does not install these automations for your company.
The workshop is group teaching and guided practice. If you need advice for your company’s systems, a separate AI Workflow Audit starts with how the work happens, what gets in the way, and which next step fits.
Custom implementation is scoped separately after that discovery. It may involve customer follow-ups, reports, booking processes, or a small tool inside the systems your business already uses. The workshop ticket does not include this work.
And I’ll tell you when AI is the wrong answer. Some jobs aren’t worth automating — you’ll hear that from me before you spend a dollar.
Ask about the workshop or about separately scoped consulting for your business.
This isn’t a keynote speaker’s version of AI. Brady owns and operates Baxstar Fishing — a premium guide service in its sixth season — and Lakes Golf Simulator, a facility that runs 24/7 with no staff on site. AI handles the pricing, the booking rules, the marketing, and the customer communication. Every day. For real money.
